Pricing

We never count your users

Not your readers, not your authors, not your approvers. A quality system is only compliant when everyone who should be in it is in it, and pricing by headcount punishes precisely that — it produces rationed licences and shared logins, which is itself an audit finding. So we took people out of the price altogether. What you pay is set by how many sites you run and how many documents you keep under control.

Control

Everyone works from the right version, and you can prove it.

from$18,000

per year

  • One current version of every document, everywhere
  • Approvals routed to the right people and signed electronically
  • Proof that your team read and understood each change
  • A record of every change that nobody can edit — including us
  • Your documents matched to the ISO 9001 and API Q1 clauses they satisfy
  • Your existing Word files brought in, sorted out and searchable

Compliance

The records an auditor asks to see, all in one place.

from$35,000

per year

  • Everything in Control
  • Nonconformances and corrective actions, tracked to closure
  • Calibration due dates and equipment records
  • Approved supplier lists and the evidence behind them
  • Internal audit findings and what was done about them
  • Before you change a procedure, see everything else it affects

Traceability

For manufacturers who must trace every part, and groups running several sites.

from$50,000

per year

  • Everything in Compliance
  • Trace a finished part back to the certificate for its material
  • One company-wide manual, plus procedures for individual sites
  • Staff sign in with the company account they already have
  • Finds procedures still sitting on shared drives
  • Priority support and a named person running your setup

Prices are in US dollars, per year, and two things decide yours: how many sites you have, and roughly how many documents you keep under control.

Roughly is the point. We use broad ranges — up to 500 documents, up to 2,500, more than that — so you are never counted document by document. You tell us which range you are in when you sign, and we check again a year later. Control a new procedure next Tuesday and your bill does not change.

People are never counted at all. There are no accounts to buy or hand out, and nobody has to decide who deserves one. Add everybody in the company and you pay the same.

Having more sites moves you up a range. It does not force you into a higher tier — every tier works across as many sites as you have. And each price above is where that tier starts: we confirm your exact figure after the discovery assessment, rather than opening high and discounting.

1 · The scan
Free. You run it yourself and keep the report. We never see it unless you send it.
2 · The assessment
$7,500, fixed. We go through your report with you and write the plan. It comes off your onboarding in full if you go ahead — so it costs nothing in the end.
3 · Onboarding
From $15,000, agreed before we start. Bringing every one of your existing documents in is part of it, not an extra.

In every tier

What we refuse to charge extra for

These are the line items incumbents use to make a quoted price look smaller than the invoice.

Unlimited users

Everyone, in every role, in every tier. People are not an input to the price.

Proof the software itself was tested

Auditors ask how you know your quality software works. We hand you that evidence, refreshed with every release. Most vendors sell it separately.

In-region hosting

Your records stay in your region, on a fixed annual invoice.

The unchangeable record

The thing that makes an auditor trust the system is not a premium extra. It is the product.

Questions

The ones that come up first

Why is the price a “from” rather than a figure?

Because your price depends on how many sites you have and roughly how many documents you keep under control, and we would rather measure those than guess. The discovery assessment measures them, so the figure we give you comes with the evidence attached. What it will not be is a big number we invented so we could take some off it.

Do all tiers work across multiple sites?

Yes. Having two sites, or a mainland one and a free-zone one, costs a little more but does not push you up a tier. What Traceability adds is different: one company-wide manual running alongside procedures that apply to a single site, each with their own document numbers and their own approvers. If your company works that way you will already know it. If you simply have two buildings, you do not need it.

Really no user licences at all?

None. There is no seat to buy, no licence to assign, no administrator deciding who is worth an account. Every person who needs the quality system has it — the fitter acknowledging a work instruction, the engineer drafting one, the quality manager approving it. Hire fifty people and your invoice is identical.

Doesn’t charging by document count tax the documents?

It would if we charged per document, which is exactly why we do not. The ranges are hundreds of documents wide, you pick one when you sign, and going past it is a conversation at renewal — not a charge that lands the day somebody adds one more procedure. Nobody should ever leave a procedure out of the system to stay under a number, and with ranges this wide nobody has a reason to.

Why publish prices at all when nobody else does?

Because you can tell within thirty seconds whether this is in your range, and neither of us wants to spend three calls finding that out. Opaque pricing exists to preserve room to charge different customers differently, and we would rather not have that room.

Is AI charged separately?

No. The AI features are inside the tiers. They are the product’s identity, not an upsell, and pricing them separately would invite negotiating away the part that makes the migration affordable.

What does onboarding cost?

From $15,000, fixed and agreed before we start, and it covers bringing every one of your existing documents in. That is deliberately below what this normally costs, because doing the sorting with software rather than by hand genuinely makes it cheaper for us. The $7,500 assessment comes off it in full.

Do you meter anything?

Nothing. Not documents processed, not AI use, not storage, not logins. You pick a range when you sign and we look at it again a year later. One invoice a year, the same number every month, so your finance director can budget for it twelve months ahead.

What are the contract terms?

Annual invoicing, with a discount for a three-year term. Your content stays yours, exportable at any time, with no training of models on it.

A price that starts with your own numbers.

Run the free scan and you will know how many documents you have and how many are copies before we ever quote you. The price then comes from your shared drive rather than from a questionnaire.
